ASA Philippines Foundation is a non-profit, non-stock social development institution that has mission of lifting poor people in the Philippines out of poverty through provision of small loans to be invested in micro businesses. It has an orientation of providing the best microfinance service to a market. The Foundation has ethical values and we are accountable to our clients and the wider community for their social and economical development. It also has explicit social aims such as job creation and the provision of local services. Whenever Foundation have operating surplus, no part of the income is to be considered as dividend among the incorporators. The surplus goes back to clients in the form of perpetual social development services. The Foundation will continue to expand its operations to reach the societal poor living in the remotest part of the Philippines. In the end, we believe that service for the betterment of the society is a virtue.
